Shipping policy

Orders ship from the UK via Royal Mail. For international orders, Royal Mail hands your parcel to your country’s postal service for final delivery. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional handling charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
