Shipping policy

Orders ship from the UK via Royal Mail. For international orders, Royal Mail hands your parcel to your country’s postal service for final delivery.

For most countries, customs duties, import taxes, and any handling charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

For destinations where Royal Mail supports PDDP (Prepaid Duties & Taxes), any applicable import VAT, duty, and clearance fees will be calculated at checkout and paid upfront. Parcels to these countries are delivered with no additional customs charges on arrival.
